Diamond Class
POODLES

My name is Kristin Sakundiak, and I am the breeder behind Diamond Class Poodles. My program was built with intention, care, and a deep respect for the Standard Poodle and the responsibility that comes with breeding.
 

My focus is on raising Standard Poodles that are not only beautiful and structurally correct, but also sound in mind and body. I believe strongly in transparency, purpose driven breeding, and in building long term relationships with the families who trust me with one of my puppies.
 

When I chose the name Diamond Class, I was thinking about quality tiers. With anything that is luxury or well made, there are different levels of quality, and to me, diamond represents the highest tier, the best of the best.
 

At the same time, a diamond is formed under pressure and stands for strength, longevity, and integrity. Class reflects structure, consistency, and doing things properly. Together, Diamond Class represents holding my breeding program to the highest standard and building it with intention, never shortcuts.
 

I am incredibly grateful to be guided by experienced and educated mentors within the breed and to continue learning through involvement in CKC conformation and the Alberta Poodle Club.

Breeding is not driven by profit for me. It is a responsibility and a lifelong commitment, with the purpose of bettering the breed and raising dogs that meet the breed standard and are lifelong companions.
