Honoring the Dogs That Built Our Program

Can Ch Diamond Class
Bentley of Araeah's
"Bentley"
Bentley is a beautifully structured male with balanced proportions, fluid movement, and a strong presence both in and out of the ring.
He was the first Standard Poodle I personally showed in CKC conformation, and he made it look easy. Bentley earned six points his very first weekend in the ring, and every one of his wins thereafter was a major. He finished his championship without a single 1-point win, a testament to the quality and consistency he brought to the breed.
Fully health tested through OFA and Embark, Bentley has left a lasting impact on our breeding program. As a sire, he consistently produced offspring with sound structure, confident movement, and beautiful breed type.
One of Bentley's greatest contributions is his son, Can GCH Diamond Class Fearless Fighter "Maverick," who embodies our goal of building upon the strengths of each generation. Maverick earned his Grand Championship with remarkable ease, carrying forward the qualities that made Bentley such an important foundation dog for our program.
Now retired, Bentley's legacy lives on through the next generation, and we are excited to see the continued impact of the foundation he helped create.

Corozan Diamond Class Mercedes
"Mercedes"
Mercedes was the dog that started it all — the one who made me fall in love with the Standard Poodle.
She was not only a beautiful example of the breed, but a loyal, intuitive companion who shaped the direction of Diamond Class from the very beginning.
As our foundation female, Mercedes produced outstanding offspring, including Diamond Class Fearless Fighter, and left a lasting impression on our program through her structure, temperament, and overall quality.
Her legacy lives on in our breeding decisions, and in the generations of dogs that follow.
Mercedes set the standard — and we continue to build on the foundation she gave us.
Diamond Class American Classic
"Lincoln"
Lincoln was a striking male from our Mercedes × Bentley pairing, known for his exceptional coat quality and kind, gentle temperament.
A true “gentle giant,” Lincoln carried himself with quiet confidence and quickly became a favorite in the grooming world, where he competed in grooming competitions and earned praise for his coat texture and presentation.
Although he possessed many desirable traits, we ultimately made the decision to retire Lincoln early in favor of his half-brother Maverick, whose overall conformation aligned more closely with our long-term goals for the program.
Lincoln remains an important part of our breeding history — a reminder of the balance we strive to achieve between structure, temperament, and purpose. We’re proud to have produced him and grateful for what he brought to our foundation.
